Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for

    B2C Sales roles

    , primarily in the EdTech domain
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates with

    excellent communication skills and strong sales acumen

  • Leveraging your

    network of sales professionals

    to build a solid candidate pipeline
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in

    EdTech sales hiring

  • Strong understanding of B2C Sales profiles (Inside Sales, Career Counselors, Academic Advisors, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience with high-volume recruitment is a plus
  • Strong networking capabilities in the sales hiring domain
