About the Role

The role involves providing Support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 0.6 Month-2 years technical support experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions.
• L1 Desktop Support up to end user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Basic knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferable.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic Azure knowledge.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016.
• Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications.
• Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
• Any certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
• Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.
• Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Ticketing tool experience will be plus.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate without any arrears.
• At least 0.6 month of experience in IT Support.
• Must be able to support on holidays.

• Knowledge of desktop and networking issues.
