Hiring for System Analyst/IT Support for Kochi Location. About the Role The role involves providing Support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers. Responsibilities: Minimum 1-2 years technical support experience. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions. L1 Desktop Support up to end user level including hardware, software, and networking problems. Basic knowledge of concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferable. Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Basic Azure knowledge. Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11. Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016. Knowledge in Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications. Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures. Any certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL would be an added advantage. Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required. Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team. Willingness to work in day/night shifts. Work Days: Monday to Saturday. Ticketing tool experience will be plus. Qualifications: Must be a graduate without any arrears. At least 1 year of experience in IT Support. Must be able to support on holidays. Required Skills: Technical support experience. Communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Knowledge of desktop and networking issues. Pay best in Industry.
