Experience : 14+ years Education : IT Graduate or Post Graduate Mandatory Skill Set : .Net / Azure Skills Required Architecture and Strategy Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based architecture for various applications and systems. Solution Design and Implementation Design comprehensive solutions, including infrastructure, platforms, and software components. Collaboration Work with project managers, technical, and business teams to understand their needs and provide well-aligned solutions. Security and Compliance 1. Design and enforce security protocols to protect data, applications, and systems. 2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cloud architecture standards, and best practices. Leadership Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members across projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and cloud technologies . In-depth understanding of .Net , databases , and Azure services . Working knowledge of front-end technologies for solution integration. Other Factor needed 1. Solution Architect / R&D Team Lead 2. Experience in multiple project architectures 3. Ability to lead solution design across several services projects simultaneously 4. Capability to guide and manage the R&D team
