Job Summary: As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading the QA efforts across one or more projects, designing test strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to implement automated and manual testing processes, drive best practices, and maintain high standards in quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the QA team and manage the testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API-based applications. • Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing. • Good to have - Implement and manage automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, etc. • Track and report quality metrics and manage defect tracking using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement. • Identify test process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a QA lead or senior QA role. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber,Cypress , or similar. • Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools. • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps . • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Good to Have: • Experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of AI/ML testing scenarios is a plus.
