Handle complete employee lifecycle management including onboarding, joining formalities, induction or orientations, exit formalities, HRIS management, leave and timesheet management, compensation and benefits management.
Will be key part of the HR team and should be able to work across the business disciplines to influence required changes. Should coordinate, support and update business unit/ HR Team on all employee relations matters.
Provide HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resource areas including training and development, employee engagement etc.
Very good attitude with enthusiasm and willingness to learn and contribute more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have the intelligence and maturity to carry out varied tasks and responsibilities.
Strong Time Management and Priority Management skills.
