Job Description

Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Representative for a leading investment bank in India. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, helping them navigate our investment offerings and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Assist customers in understanding investment products and services offered by the bank.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Stay updated with the latest financial products and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
