The Role: Senior Analyst - KYB Operations

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our KYB (Know Your Business) Operations team. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients and company from financial crime by meticulously verifying and validating the legal and financial integrity of our corporate customers during the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes.Key Responsibilities:KYB & EDD Execution: Conduct comprehensive Know Your Business (KYB) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks on corporate customers, focusing on complex corporate structures and high-risk entities.Documentation Analysis: Meticulously collect, verify, and validate legal, regulatory, and financial documentation, including Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) structures, operating licenses, and fund flow documentation.Compliance & Quality: Ensure all KYB activities strictly adhere to local and international AML/KYC/KYB regulations and Concentrix's internal quality standards.Case Management: Manage a queue of complex cases, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYB workflows and documentation standards. Key Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Financial Crime Compliance, specifically in KYC/KYB operations, AML, or Due Diligence.Education: Under-Graduate or above.Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of KYB/KYC principles, AML regulations, and UBO verification methodologies.Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
