Project Overview

Actimize ActOne

Key Responsibilities

ActOne Upgrade & Standardization

Lead or support the upgrade of Actimize ActOne across multiple functional modules.
Develop and implement standardized configurations, workflows, UI components, and business rules.
Ensure backward compatibility and minimize downtime during upgrade cycles.

Configuration & Design

Configure ActOne components including alert workflows, dashboards, layouts, and queues.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
Optimize ActOne performance through configuration tuning and streamlined data processing.

Custom Plugin Development (Java)

Develop, enhance, and maintain ActOne plug-ins using Java.
Integrate ActOne with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., AML, fraud, case management platforms).
Ensure custom components follow best practices and meet enterprise security and compliance standards.

Case Management Integration (Preferred)

Work with case management workflows to align ActOne alerts with case creation, routing, and disposition processes.
Configure and optimize alert-to-case handoff logic.

Testing & Deployment

Develop test cases and support UAT, regression, and integration testing.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment, versioning, and migration across environments.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Create detailed technical documentation, configuration guides, and support materials.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

38+ years
of hands-on experience with
Actimize ActOne
(depending on seniority level).
Strong technical expertise in:

ActOne
configuration, design, and workflow setup
Java-based plug-in
development for ActOne
Integration with AML/Fraud systems or case management platforms

Experience in
ActOne upgrades
, environment setup, and version management.
Solid understanding of
financial crime compliance
, AML, fraud operations, or risk systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues within ActOne and supporting systems.

Preferred/Good-to-Have

Experience with
Actimize Case Manager
, SAR workflow, or enterprise case management systems.
Familiarity with
RDC
,
WLF
,
SAM
,
IFM
, or other NICE Actimize modules.
Exposure to database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, or cloud deployments.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management, especially across business, compliance, and IT teams.
Ability to work under tight timelines across multiple modules and parallel workstreams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
