Work Timings

  • 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM 
  • 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels, including  phone, email, chat, and social media.
  •  Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counseling sessions (K-12  segment).
  • Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions.
  • Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue.
  • Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrollments.
  • Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system. 

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (preferred).
  • Passion for the EdTech industry and willingness to learn.
