Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Varanasi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to Datterio's offerings. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, conducting property site visits, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, collaboration with the internal team, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with the real estate sector and local market trends in Varanasi is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or similar platforms is advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English, along with local language proficiency, is desirable
