Senior RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end

  automation solutions

  using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows.
• Automate

  manual processes

  in both desktop environments (e.g., file systems, Excel, legacy apps) and

  web platforms

  (e.g., browsers, forms, portals).
• Integrate Power Automate with

  Microsoft 365 services

  such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Create and manage connectors, API integrations, and data flows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business process requirements and deliver scalable, reliable automation workflows.
• Ensure best practices in exception handling, logging, and documentation.
• Optimize and maintain existing flows for performance, stability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in

  automation and workflow development

  , with at least 4+ years in

  Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud)

  .
• Experience in

  automating desktop and web applications

  using selectors, inputs, screen scraping, and browser automation.
• Proficiency in working with

  Microsoft ecosystem

  Power Apps, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.
• Strong understanding of

  business process automation

  , logic flows, and UI interaction handling.
• Ability to work with

  APIs, HTTP connectors, JSON parsing

  , and dynamic expressions within Power Automate.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and process documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with

  other RPA tools

  (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Experience in

  cloud platforms

  like Azure or GCP
• Background in

  AI-based automation
