Hiring Recruiter Team Leader BPO Recruitment

Location: Kolkata & Noida

Job Summary:

The Team Leader BPO Recruitment will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets for various BPO clients.

This role involves end-to-end recruitment management, team performance monitoring, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for BPO roles.

Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and training.

Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Handle escalations and provide solutions to recruitment challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in BPO recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.

Strong understanding of BPO hiring processes and candidate sourcing channels.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in volume hiring for voice and non-voice BPO roles.

Exposure to client interaction and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
