Hiring Project Manager for Luxury Residential Project @ Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai {Western Line}

Client:

Qualification:

Requirement:

15+ years in residential construction (luxury/high-rise preferred).
Proven record of delivering projects from start to handover.
Strong planning, execution, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of quality and safety systems.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution.
Lead site teams, contractors, and vendors ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate with architects/consultants.
Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics.
Review bills, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.

Please Note:

Candidates from western line is preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
