The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, stakeholders, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining a high standard of quality. Job Description: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial accountability. Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Conduct project review meetings and post-implementation evaluations. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Desired Candidates: Any graduates from 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed out (no standing arrears) can apply. 1-3 Years experience from Customer support or email support can apply.
