Role Overview: As a Hiring Partner at Vserve Group, located in New Delhi, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Your primary duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will utilize AI-powered recruitment tools, maintain candidate databases, and ensure compliance with hiring standards and regulations.
