HIRING OPEN IN LIFE INSURANCE & HEALTH INSURANCE SALES

Core Responsibilities

• Agent Recruitment & Development:Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified life insurance agents to build and expand the agency network. 
• Sales Target Achievement:Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and supporting agents. 
• Agent Performance Management:Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve agents' productivity, product knowledge, and selling skills. 
• Field Sales & Support:Conduct joint client meetings, field visits, and provide guidance to agents to help them close sales and meet targets. 
• Customer Engagement:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, drive policy renewals, and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• Training & Development:Organize and conduct training programs for agents to enhance their knowledge of products, sales techniques, and market trends. 
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. 
• Market Intelligence:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
