🧩 What you’ll do:

• Counsel students, working professionals, and retired individuals on academic programs, certifications, and career-oriented courses
• Assist candidates through the admissions process, addressing queries with clarity and empathy
• Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports in our CRM or Excel tracking sheets
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable academic or professional programs accordingly
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve lead conversion strategies
• Provide timely updates to supervisors on lead status, challenges, and performance
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets with a positive, learner-first attitude
• Stay updated on academic offerings, partner institutions, and industry trends

🎯 What we offer:

• Location:

  Malad, Mumbai

• Working Hours:

  10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Experience:

  Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome!

• Compensation:

  Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

• Languages:

  English (mandatory); Hindi or any regional language is a plus
