Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Daily tasks include collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, maintaining an applicant database, conducting background checks, and organizing training sessions to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and maintaining an efficient recruitment process
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members
• Experience in ensuring Service Quality and training new hires
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
