Job Description

The role available is a full-time on-site position for a Hiring Manager based in Ludhiana. As a Hiring Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new employees. Your daily tasks will involve creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and working closely with department heads to ascertain hiring requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring a high level of service quality throughout the recruitment process and providing training to new hires. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in hiring and recruiting, along with excellent communication abilities. Experience in maintaining service quality and providing training will be beneficial. Collaboration with department heads and team members is essential, as well as the proven capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software would be advantageous.,
