The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and transaction monitoring. Perform KYB checks to verify business client authenticity and mitigate risk. Analyze and review alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems. Conduct investigations on suspicious activities and escalate cases as necessary. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and submit periodic reports on monitoring activities. Collaborate with the compliance team to enhance existing processes and controls. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring and KYB processes. Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in US shifts. Immediate joiners preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary up to 6.5 LPA.
