SUMMARY Job Role: Java Tech Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ years Must-Have: The candidate must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java and WebLogic Responsibilities: Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience in leading a team of Java developers Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, WebLogic, and related technologies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in Java development 3+ years of relevant experience in Java and WebLogic
