Position: IT Recruiter

Exp: 6 Months -2 Years

Notice: Immediate Joiners

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilitie:

Source CVs from multiple channels: internal databases, job portals (e.g., Naukri), and social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Track candidates through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and regularly update the internal candidate database.
Engage candidates with skill sets that align with the organization's needs.
Effectively handle
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
hiring requirements.
Utilize recruitment tools and sourcing strategies to reach top talent.
Strong English Communication.
