Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter – Non-IT with 1.5–2 years of experience. The candidate must be an MBA HR graduate with strong hands-on knowledge of job portals and experience in handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, Support, etc.)
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up on interview feedback and close positions within timelines
• Roll out offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure candidate joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Support onboarding and documentation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Mandatory Requirements :

• Female candidates only
• MBA in Human Resources
• 1.5 – 2 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
• Must have hands-on experience with job portals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in day shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in bulk hiring or field hiring
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Basic HR operations knowledge
