Role & Responsibilities

📲 Plan, schedule, and publish content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

📊 Optimize posts for better reach and engagement using proper hashtags, SEO-driven captions, and trending formats

📈 Monitor and analyze platform insights to track content performance and audience behavior

📅 Coordinate with the content and graphics team for daily updates, reels, campaigns, and web stories

🧠 Research and implement platform-specific strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube algorithms

✨ Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, and Google Trends

📱 Awareness of digital content trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies

🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills

⏱️ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced media environment
