Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker Team Leader who can join with an existing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership, sales, and operations experience in the US freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of experienced US freight brokers or dispatchers
• Drive daily sales and load booking targets
• Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships
• Guide team in negotiation of rates and handling load boards
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high performance within the team
• Handle escalations, resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US freight brokerage
• Must have prior team management experience
• Ability to bring along an existing team is preferred
• Strong knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to work from office (Mohali location)
• Night shift availability is mandatory
