Job Description

Hiring for Workday Functional role 3 to 5 years - Bangalore and Chennai.

3+ years of experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of:

Core HCM
Business Process Framework
Security configuration and policies
Calculated fields and data objects
Reporting and dashboards

Exposure to other functional Workday modules (Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, etc.).
Hands-on experience with EIB and Workday integrations (basic level).
Proficient in change management and production support processes.
Experience training team members and managing functional support.
Familiarity with ticketing tools: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
