Job Summary:

Wealth Relationship Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage relationships with HNI and retail clients.
  • Drive sales of banking and wealth management products (accounts, loans, investments, insurance, etc.).
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer financial planning advice tailored to client needs.
  • Lead and mentor branch-based relationship teams to achieve targets.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience and high service standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML, etc.).
  • Maintain MIS and report performance metrics to leadership.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of retail and wealth banking products.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven with target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • NISM or AMFI certifications preferred for Wealth RM role.
