About the role :
1) Inbound Voice Process :
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Respond to queries and resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service
2) Outbound Voice Process :
- Make outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, and surveys
- Promote products/services and meet sales targets
- Engage with customers and build relationships
Requirements :
- Graduate degree
- Fluent in English
- 0-6 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
Salary :
- Inbound : 16,000 - 23,000 CTC + Benefits
- Outbound : 18,000 - 29,000 CTC + Benefits
