Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
-
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products, including term plans, ULIPs, etc.,
Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Drive leads and business generation from the Banks customer base
Customer Relationship Management-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with IDFC Bank customers and prospects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Provide end-to-end customer service, including solving queries, providing policy details, and managing renewals and claims assistance.
Conduct regular follow-ups to build trust and ensure continued business from the banks customers.
Collaboration with Bank Team-
Work closely with the Banks Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to ensure the right insurance products are pitched to customers.
Support the banks staff by providing product knowledge and guidance on cross-selling insurance.
Conduct virtual training sessions and presentations to the bank's team to enhance their knowledge of HDFC Life products and services.
Product Knowledge & Selling-
Maintain a high level of knowledge about HDFC Lifes product offerings and keep updated on market trends.
Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations to communicate the benefits and features of life insurance products effectively to customers.
