Job Description

Process Mixed Tech Sales:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to technical issues such as printer support, antivirus, pop-up alerts, and other system-related concerns.

Sales & Troubleshooting:

Understand customer technical problems, offer quick diagnosis, and pitch suitable solutions and services (e.g., software support, subscription plans).

High-Intent Calls:

Manage mixed calls including pop-ups, antivirus alerts, and printer errors. Convert these into successful paid support sales.

Customer Handling:

Communicate clearly and confidently with US-based customers. Guide them through the solution process and close sales efficiently.

Shift & Schedule:

Night shift role (US hours) with a stable 5-day work week.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
Prior experience in US technical sales or support (preferred)
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of printer issues, antivirus software, malware, and system alerts
Communication:
Excellent English communication and persuasive skills
