Experience : 3–4 Years Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Analyst with experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain . The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1/2 support, resolving technical issues, working with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations of banking applications and platforms. Key Responsibilities : Provide application and technical support for core banking systems, payment platforms, or trading systems. Ticket Tracking and resolving the issues Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues to ensure minimal downtime. Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for incident resolution. Manage incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL best practices. Create and maintain support documentation Participate in daily standups, issue triaging, and service reviews. Handle on-call rotation and weekend support, if needed. Required Skills & Experience : 3–4 years of experience in an application support or technical support role, preferably in a banking or financial domain . Strong knowledge of SQL , Unix/Linux , and scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow , JIRA , or Remedy . Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks. Excellent communication and analytical skills. interact with business users and stakeholders.
