Cogniter Technologies is hiring a Sr Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow in IT sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving company growth.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and B2B platforms.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT services and digital solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and reporting in CRM systems.
0–2 years of experience in business development or IT sales.
