Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and empathetic support for customer queries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Offer accurate information about hospital services, appointments, and billing.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Voice process.
  • Education:

    Graduation is mandatory.
  • Age:

    Maximum 35 years.

  • Shift Flexibility:

    Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Off Days:

    1 rotational week off.
  • Joining:

    Immediate joining required.

  • Shift Timings (Any shift, subject to change based on business needs):

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 10:20 PM - 7:00 AM

Salary: Up to 4.6lpa (Negotiable based on experience)
