Hiring For Servicenow Agentic AI Lead

Role:

- Principal Engineer for ServiceNow focusing on Now Assist AI Agents

- Lead the development of modern Service Management and Automation solutions, primarily in Healthcare

- Design, develop, and own AI agent platform components, including prompt engineering, integrations, and workflows

- Act as a technical and functional consultant for ServiceNow implementations utilizing AI and the Now Assist platform

- Provide architectural guidance, deep product knowledge, and best practices

- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and manage customer engagement, including scope and risk management

- Enable and mentor team members on ServiceNow domains

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Professional Services, ideally with a software OEM background

- Strong understanding of AI integration into workflows, decision-making, and automation

- Experience with agentic/autonomous systems, vector search, human-AI interaction

- Proven experience with large-scale, distributed systems and relevant technologies (Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, Spark)

- Programming expertise, especially in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript

- Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA) and additional certifications (TOGAF desirable)

- Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applying AI to solve real-world problems

- 6+ years in software engineering, with a focus on product design and user experience

- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to handle complex customer needs

- Architectural and systems design skills, capable of working with changing priorities
