Job Summary: As a Senior Product Designer , you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the user experience for our core products. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, and ensuring our products are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You will champion user-centered design principles and contribute to a strong design culture within the organization. What were looking for (qualifications): 8 + years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications. Proven ability to lead design projects and work independently. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Vercel, V0). Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with user research methodologies and the ability to synthesize research findings into design solutions and contribution to design systems Domain knowledge or technical skills relevant to Healthcare and/or SaaS platforms Experience working in a fast-paced, product-led environment What you'll do (responsibilities) Lead and Execute Design Projects: Take ownership of complex design challenges from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and user-centered solutions. User Research and Insights: Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable design decisions. Information Architecture and Interaction Design: Develop clear and effective information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate design rationale and solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Actively participate in product strategy discussions. Design System Contribution: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously learn about emerging design and AI trends, technologies, and best practices. Advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
