Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for software/hardware issues to UK clients via calls, emails, or chat
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems
  • Guide junior team members and assist in knowledge sharing
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in UK shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
