Responsibilities:

• To implement Quality Assurance (ISO9001, ISO45001, Product) requirements across the different processes of organization.

• MRM management, Report generation and Co-ordination with Departmental Heads / Management.

• Training to Team member for system requirements.

• Internal audit - planning, execution, report generation

• Improvement plan, Kaizens monitoring

• Managing Documentation, data, procedures

• To facilitate the customer audits / visits.

Technical Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Mechanical.

• Internal Auditor Certification (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO45001)

• ISO 9001, APQP, SPC, MSA, Calibration, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Problem Solving tools knowledge.

• Awareness about manufacturing processes of electronics & mechanical Parts.

• Experience in IOT/Automobile product/Processes.

• Having experience of liaison with third party management.

• Knowledge about cost of Quality.

• Kin the use of MS Project, Office, PLM

Soft skills:

• Awareness about Product level UL, CE Certification will be an added advantage.

• Ready to work in an agile environment and proactive approach

• Good communication skills and a team player

• Able to Handle pressure and handle cross functional level targets.

• Time management

• Able to guide and handle the team independently.

• Knowledge about SAP software will be added advantage

Academic Background Essential: Full time Graduate from recognized institute. Desirable: Diploma in electronics / Mechanical (8 years exp. Min)

Professional Qualification Essential: BE/B.Tech in Electronics/mechanical Desirable: Candidates from IoT / Automobile Companies
