Job Description

Hiring for Leading MNC U.S. Insurance Process

Designation:

Handle customer queries and service requests for U.S. Insurance clients via voice support.
Provide end-to-end client servicing with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Work closely with internal teams to manage escalations and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system for audit and follow-up.

Eligibility:

Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of International Voice Experience (Insurance background preferred)
