Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP CAPM Lead with over 10 years of experience in SAP technologies, including deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-native applications on SAP BTP, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in

  SAP ecosystem

  , with at least 3+ years in

  SAP BTP and CAPM

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• - SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• -

  Core Data Services (CDS)

• -

  Node.js services

• - SAP Fiori/UI5 integration
• - SAP HANA Cloud
• - Data Management Service/Object Store
• - Cross-container access in SAP HANA Cloud
• - Third-party API integration
• - knowledge on SAP build process automation / Build apps will be added advantage.
• Experience with

  SAP BTP services

  like Destination, Connectivity, Authorization, and Workflow.
• Familiarity with

  Git, CI/CD pipelines,

  and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BTP or CAPM certification.
• Experience in leading agile teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of applications using SAP BTP and CAPM.
• Define best practices and standards for CAPM-based development and integration.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Guide and mentor developers on CAPM, CDS views, Node.js/Java services, and Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance of BTP applications.
• Manage deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Stay updated with SAP BTP innovations and proactively recommend improvements.
