Job Description

Job Title : Home Care - Registered Nurse

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 12/24 hour shift GNM/B.Sc with accomodation

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in a home setting, adhering to all medical and safety guidelines.
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other required treatments.
Provide support with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) for patients with mobility limitations.
Educate patients and their families about health management and medication schedules.
Assist with rehabilitation exercises and physical therapy as directed.
Maintain accurate patient records and document daily care activities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patient at all times.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and coordinate with medical professionals as required.

Requirements:Qualifications:

Diploma in Nursing (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing.Experience:

Minimum of 1-5 years of nursing experience (preferably in homecare or hospital)

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi (preferred).

Working Hours: Flexible shifts available (12 hours /24 hours)
