Experience:
5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies. Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams, with a strong ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio of previous projects or contributions to open-source projects demonstrating your expertise in React.js development.
Preferred Qualifications:Advanced Skills: Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), Next.js, or other related frameworks.Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
