Job Description

We are Hiring for Production Line Coordinator for our company for Mahalunge-Chakan location for our client company. Job Description- Line coordinator Conducted root cause analyses on operational Issues, leading to targeted solutions that increased Reliability and minimized disruptions. Motivated team members through employee Incentive programs and strong leadership. Developed training documents for employees. Coordinated, planned, and delegated daily work activities. Set up assembly line. Providing necessary tool to workplace, Supervision over the production process. Maintain employee and product safety. Production planning as per monthly/daily/weekly Plan. Shift scheduling. Guide and coach employees, monitoring their Productivity Material Inventory Furnace monitoring. Laser machine and straightening machine Problems resolving. Analysis rejection and taking corrective actions. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest Improvements. Looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 20 days.
