1. To prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float.
2. To partner with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules, coordinate resources and tasks to complete the project on approved budgets.
3. To assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates
4. Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports.
5. Make presentations to clients as needed.
6. Monitor hours and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting.
7. Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements.
8. To interact with suppliers and contractors and make cost comparisons.
9. To ensure the maintenance of all essential documentation.
10. To participate in the development of timetables and schedules for the project.
11. To prepare technical statements of work for construction, facility modifications, improvements and high-end service and maintenance contracts.
12. Analyses date and situations, recommends solutions to supervisors.
13. To conduct regular site visits, progress monitoring and progress reporting
1. To set the standards in terms of quality.
1. BE Civil
2. Scheduling software knowledge, MSP / Primavera.
3. Worked with established construction management companies or contractors.
4. Knowledge in Procurement, Design and Construction Management.
5. Minimum 4- 8 years relevant experience.
