Role & responsibilities

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function, developing effective hiring strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in building efficient recruitment processes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
  
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
  
• Ensure employer branding initiatives are aligned to attract top talent.
  
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
  
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
  
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
