Job Title: HR Executive

Experience Required: 1 5 years

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual responsible for managing end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of candidates for voice, non-voice, and blended processes within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (Agent / Associate level).

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.

3. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

4. Manage daily walk-in drives and coordinate mass hiring events.

5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

6. Ensure timely closures of open positions as per process requirements. 7. Coordinate with the training and onboarding teams for new joiner formalities.

8. Maintain a strong network with colleges, consultancies, and vendors for bulk hiring support.

9. Provide regular reports and hiring metrics to management.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Proven experience in bulk / volume hiring for BPO processes.

2. Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.) and social media recruitment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high hiring targets. 5. Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Good in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools. Educational

Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline. MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
