- Setup and calibration: Select the correct grinding wheel, adjust machine controls and speeds, and
- calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and oiling of machinery to ensure it is in good
- working order and to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Safety and compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including LockOut/Tag-Out procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Team collaboration: Work with other team members to meet production goals, deadlines, and to
