Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing Executive to join our Corporate SME team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. o Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. 2. Service Delivery: o Ensure timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues. o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. 3. Policy Management: o Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims. o Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure adequate coverage. 4. Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare regular reports on client activity and feedback. o Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaboration: o Work closely with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to support client needs. o Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. ¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
