Job Description

Freshers as Typing Process Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately typing and processing various documents and samples while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Document Typing: Accurately type documents, reports, and other materials from handwritten notes, audio recordings, or printed sources. Ensure all typed content is free from errors and adheres to company formatting guidelines. Sample Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of sample documents for review. Organize and maintain files related to typing processes for easy retrieval. Quality Assurance: Conduct self-reviews of typed documents to ensure quality standards are met. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established protocols for confidentiality and data protection. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: Educational Background: Under graduate / Graduates Skills: Proficient typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM words per minute with 85% Accuracy. Familiarity with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs). Basic knowledge of spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
