This role blends exceptional writing skills with hands-on social media expertise to drive engagement, brand affinity, and growth across digital touchpoints. Youll be responsible for developing and managing brand-aligned, multi-channel content , building our social presence, and ensuring consistency across all platformsfrom blogs and newsletters to Reels and LinkedIn posts. Youll work closely with our marketing head, design team, product team, and community partners to deliver high-impact storytelling in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Primary Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Write long-form and short-form content: blogs, landing pages, website copy, email campaigns, SEO content Develop high-conversion, platform-appropriate content for paid campaigns and organic outreach Own the monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals Craft storytelling-led, brand-voice-consistent narratives for product updates, launches, and campaigns Social Media Execution Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, BlueSky, threads and YouTube Collaborate with design/video team to execute visually engaging posts, Reels, and carousels Monitor engagement, trends, and performance; optimize content based on insights Own community interactions, respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our followers Additional Responsibilities Coordinate with SEO, performance marketing, and product teams to align messaging Monitor social and content performance (CTR, engagement, reach, shares) using tools like Meta Insights, GA4, LinkedIn Analytics Participate in influencer collaborations, UGC initiatives, and brand storytelling series Assist in internal branding (emails, decks, employer branding content) Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and aesthetic across all communication Skills & Qualifications 47 years of experience in a content and/or social media role at a high-growth startup or fast-paced agency Exceptional writing, editing, and ideation skills, across formats and platforms Proficiency in content planning, publishing, and engagement tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Suite) Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn thought-leadership content, and content SEO practices Deep understanding of modern internet culture, social trends, and Gen Z/Millennial engagement Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple content projects at once Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field Good to Have Skills Experience in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce verticals Working knowledge of SEO optimization tools (AHREFS, SEMrush, Ubersuggest) Basic design/video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite Exposure to tools like Notion, Trello, Google Analytics, Grammarly Pro Experience working with paid content strategies or influencer campaigns Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly Pro and SurferSEO to assist in ideation and optimization workflows.
